My ideal client is someone who wants to change. Who is willing to learn, experiment, and be flexible. A person who is anxious and worried about life or depressed and out of sorts. A client who is able to show up to each session ready for whatever comes up to come out and share it with me. I will gladly walk with my clients through darkness and confusion as well as happiness and joy. You don't have to have experience with therapy nor do you have to know exactly where you want to go but having a sense of enjoying the ride on the way to better mental health is someone I would like to help.
