My ideal client is someone who enters therapy knocking on the door because that is the starting point even if you are not fully ready, but it helps with the journey to becoming ready with openness. My ideal client is the everyday person who faces challenges and not sure what to do next but willing to figure it out with a collaborative person. They welcome therapy as continued steppingstones, taking on each step as a way to move forward. Through a blend of transparency, empowerment, right to self-determination, compassion, and a shared growth mindset, we can embark and reach an experience and environment that cultivates true self.
