My name is Lourdes Medina and am bilingual Spanish Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals at different phases of life, break cycles associated with generational trauma and unhealthy patterns, in order to find their voice, set boundaries and develop a better version of themselves. My philosophy is providing an open, friendly and non-judgmental stance with each patient I meet. I appreciate getting to know the patient as a human being and being able to assist each patient in becoming a better version of themselves.
