As a licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience in the field of mental health, I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of trauma, depression, anxiety, or overwhelming life transitions. Many of my clients arrive exhausted yet hopeful, wanting to feel steady, calmer, and more like themselves again. In my practice, I believe even the strongest storms can be harnessed into clarity and momentum. With a special focus on frontline professionals, veterans, and active military, I welcome anyone ready to move from surviving to truly living with strength and purpose Healing doesn’t mean avoiding pain, it means learning how to face it safely. With trauma certification and expertise in PTSD, depression, and anxiety, I use an integrative lens of CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness therapies. Guided by the Windmills philosophy, I help clients move toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
