I work with millennials and young adults. In a safe space, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem, culture, and family/relationships. I use an integrative and holistic approach, helping clients identify strengths, unlock insight, and create awareness that allows them to reach their full potential while feeling aligned and emotionally whole. I've been in therapy myself, so I understand the process from the client’s perspective. I’ve done the “inner work” exploring wounds, coping patterns, and how they impact relationships. I help clients set boundaries, overcome roadblocks, and build healthier dynamics to become the best version of themselves.
