I am an EMDR Trained with advance training in BPD as an attachment/complex trauma and Certified Internalized Somatic Trauma Therapist "ISTT.” I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. Trauma can take any form - developmental, single-incident, or complex. Many people who have experienced trauma also face various mental health issues. I help them reclaim their lives. I have unique insight into the experiences of people who are immigrants, refugees, or survivors of sexual abuse.
