Hi my name is Dr. Louvenia Lawson. Do you feel like you don't know where to start? Do you feel like you're not sure if you need therapy? Do you feel totally stuck? Needing therapy doesn't mean you're “crazy”. You're stronger than you think. Things can get better. But your therapist can't “fix” you. No topic is off limits. Therapists are trying too. No, your therapist is really not judging you. My approach is a little different to other mental health practices, because I see myself as being partners in this process. I’ll help you identify your goals and support you through this journey to uncover a more fulfilling life. I use a person-centered approach which caters towards individual.
