Let us be real, life is difficult and even though we can have great days we cannot ignore the stressors and worries that occur in the background of our lives…the kids, marital issues, work, bills, family issues, friendships…the list of stressors can go on. During these times we ignore how this stress impacts our day-to-day functioning and our overall wellbeing. Stress knocks us off-kilter and throws us into a reactionary state and once there, we may not show up the way we want; aligned with our authentic self and values. I collaborate with individuals who find themselves in this situation and want to change how they show up.
