As a LCSW & board-certified tele-mental health provider, I bring over a decade of experience in mental health services. I've worked in employment assistance programs, acute psychiatric settings, and state-based services, including supporting juvenile offenders. My diverse background allows me to provide comprehensive care to clients facing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, and substance-related needs. Since 2021, I’ve proudly served as CEO and practicing psychotherapist of Love and Mental Health Counseling and Coaching Services, where I continue to help clients find clarity and balance in their lives. I support adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Through empathy, rapport building, & mutual trust, I help clients explore the root causes of their concerns, set personalized goals, and develop practical tools to achieve lasting mental and emotional well-being.
