Hello! Making the decision to see a therapist and begin psychotherapy takes courage and we are honored that you chose to consider our practice as an option. It is our goal to help you uncover truths about yourself and your relationships so that you may live your best life possible. This practice has an emphasis in supporting clients with sexual health, trauma, relationship(s), and/or identity concerns. Individuals and folx in any form of romantic partnerships of any gender and/or sexual orientation are welcome. This is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, ENM, Kink and otherwise culturally-affirming practice. Our therapists have or are engaged in specialized training in trauma, sex therapy, and/or relationship concerns. We treat areas of: identity, low libido/desire, anxiety with intimacy, nervous system dysregulation, challenging relationship dynamics, sexual dysfunction, and more. Our goal is to help you access pleasure in all forms regardless of the past.
