Thank you for visiting Love Out Loud Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC. I am Dr. Stephanie Neal. My profession is much more than a tool for me to earn a livelihood-it is my passion. With an extensive background in child welfare, counseling, consultation, life coaching, and the observance of resources needed for underprivileged families and services for behaviorally challenged youth, I founded Love Out Loud Counseling and Consulting Services.
