In life we are faced with unpredictable obstacles that are discouraging. I believe that having a willingness to work towards skillfully addressing these obstacles can be rewarding. I believe that even with the challenges of life, we can be resilient, discover a greater sense of our inner self, and improve in ways that are unimaginable. Our life journeys are unique and purposeful. We will work together to strengthen family communication, maneuver life transitions/conflicts within yourself and/or with family members, significant others, adolescent/adult children, and extended family. I have 15 years of experience in counseling. My specialization is marriage and family counseling. I have experience working with diverse individuals and family types including blended families, military families, single parents, and non-traditional families. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, and depression symptoms.
