As your therapist I strive to create a safe and respectful environment, where you can explore your beliefs, perceptions, feelings, desires, challenges, strengths and weaknesses. I will listen carefully to your current conundrums, past struggles and successes, and your desires for your future. I utilize an eclectic approach based on over 40 years of education and experience to assist you in resolving conflicts, personal angst, and to create the sense of fulfillment and inner balance you are seeking. My office hours are on Tuesdays, noon to 5:00; Wednesdays, 10:00 - 5:00; Thursdays, 10:00 - 5:00. Office hours may vary.
