Life can be a lot sometimes, especially to navigate alone. I'm here to join you as you ride those waves. We can go at your pace while I offer an outside perspective to support you in seeing some blindspots. As we walk together, I hope to encourage you to cultivate more compassion and understanding for yourself and others. I'll show up with warmth, kindness, curiosity, and sometimes humor. I'm bilingual and bicultural, born in Brazil and raised in the Bay Area. I bring a multicultural, queer-, poly-, kink-friendly, trauma-informed lens into the room. I'm gentle at times, firm at others and hope to help you deepen your self-awareness. I love working with individuals, meeting you to explore the inner workings of your heart and mind. I'm also excited about working with pairs of all kinds - romantic partners, parent-child, good friends, metamours, platonic life partners, co-parents, siblings, roommates, etc. I offer psychedelic integration, as well.
