In my years as a mental health provider, I have met with individuals from a broad range of backgrounds. My clients have a variety of mental health problems, relationship issues, life transitional periods, grief and loss, trauma, and similar hardships. Some clients know what they suffer from and are ready to make changes. Some of my clients have felt something has been "off" for some time but do not know where to start, so I help them to assess the problem areas and track their progress between sessions. Changes happen at different speeds to different people for different reasons.
