Throughout different seasons in our life, it is easy to become stuck or become rigid in our personal life and in our relationships. This can make it difficult to adjust to the changing demands of life. In counseling, we work to increase flexibility and adaptability in your life and relationships. As a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist, I have experience working with family systems, as well as individuals. I am rooted in attachment and emotional focused therapies for couples and families. I focus on creating a secure base, helping people identify the cycles of dysfunction, and building the bond between the couple.
