My therapeutic approach is to create a space for each unique person I meet with to engage around whatever the individual would like to address. I am very flexible in my approach and hope to empower each person through some dedicated time, space, and collaboration. The therapeutic relationship is the most vital part in coming in for counseling and I work hard to make things comfortable to ensure a good fit is found for anyone I work with.
