I am passionate about helping you identify and process the major concerns and blockages in your mind and life that are stopping you from living your best life. Together, we will work to identify triggers, anxieties, and negative life attributes that are draining you. We will then work to increase fulfillment in your life through thought-challenging, mindfulness, art therapy, and much more. I am an enthusiastic and passionate LCSW with experience providing individual, family, and couples therapy. My clinical experience includes depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and more. I help individuals increase their ability to care for themselves mentally, spiritually, and physically.
