My practice reflects my belief in the power of finding one’s own agency, voice, and purpose. I aim to create a warm and safe space for clients to share their feelings and struggles, as well as to enhance their relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. Through a non-judgmental and meaningful therapeutic relationship, my hope is that clients feel less alone with what they carry and are able to talk about their concerns and emotional experiences in order to improve their overall well-being.
