Life's greatest challenges usually come during times of transition and change. It's when we are forced to accept and adapt a new way of thinking and/or living that we find ourselves unraveling and losing all sense of control of what we once knew...or thought we knew. My experience spans from individuals/care-partners diagnosed with neurological conditions i.e. Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia as well as the everyday ever important young adult and young parent who is adjusting to the pressures of transitioning to a more demanding yet empowering version of themself.
