I work with adults of all ages dealing with a range of difficulties ranging from adjustment disorders, depression and anxiety, to the effects of trauma. I have found that bringing body awareness into the psychotherapeutic process deepens the work and moves it along. Helping clients develop resilience and emotional regulation runs through all of my work.
