HOLA! I offer counseling that is sensitive to the needs of different cultural backgrounds. I provide psychotherapy that is solution focused and trauma informed for adults and couples on issues of trauma, acculturation, immigration, grief and loss and substance use. I offer bilingual counseling in Spanish, and mental health evaluations for immigration processes. I have in person and TeleHealth sessions available. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. I have fifteen years of experience working with issues of grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, personality disorders, suicide, severe mental health disorders. I am an Army Veteran and I offer a safe counseling space for my brothers and sisters in arms. LGBTQI supporting.
