I am a licensed professional counselor, a licensed addictions counselor, I'm trained as a first responder counselor and I'm a certified health coach who is passionate about helping people heal and discover what is meaningful to them to have a fulfilling life. My style is an integrated approach that focuses on the overall well-being of a person. In addition to my private practice, I work in community mental health where I specialize in addiction/substance abuse recovery and co-occurring mental health disorders including trauma, thought disorders, and mood disorders.
