As a mental health practitioner and transwoman, I believe therapy should be a space for everyone to learn, grow, and heal, no matter what identities or life experiences they bring to the table. Whether you are seeking to work through past traumas, current life stressors, or something else, I want you to feel welcomed and cared for. In session with me, you can expect a collaborative alliance focused on addressing your mental health goals and overcoming the barriers to achieving them. I primarily provide individual therapy, but I am working with couples and families as well!
