I’m a compassionate therapist who supports adults and families navigating grief, illness, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both my professional and personal experiences with loss and healing. Having walked through my own seasons of grief, I understand the deep courage it takes to seek support and the power of having a safe space to process and heal. These experiences inspired me to help others find meaning, strength, and connection in times of uncertainty.
