I am a Client Centered therapist. I believe you already have everything you need for healing, but you just don’t know how to go about it. My job is to accompany you along the way. Together we will find solutions that work for you. As a Psychologist I have learned that no lasting change can happen without a bodily felt difference. I will teach you ways to connect with your inner wisdom, so that you can make decisions that feel good, and avoid those that feel bad. Emotional pain lives in the same part of the brain as physical pain. And it hurts just the same. The good part is that we can heal emotional pain.
