Hi there, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and I love helping my clients become more mindful of how they interact with themselves and others in their unique environment. My ideal clients are individual adults, couples, and families with adult children struggling with interpersonal issues. I am also passionate about working with minoritized communities, especially ethnic/racial minorities and immigrants, as I understand how my own identity influences the work I do. I work with those who experience a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting, and life transitions. My specialty is the relationship between parents and young adult children, as well as couples with ADHD.
