Many of my clients are highly self-aware yet feel stuck—longing for deeper connection but unsure how to access it. I work especially well with cycle breakers, couples and parents striving to raise their children differently. They may feel unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected, and long to feel safe, valued, and close again. I believe healing happens at the pace of safety, and I tailor each session to meet you where you are.
