Life is full of various challenges that can be difficult to navigate alone. I am here to create a comfortable and open environment where individuals feel both safe and heard. I have experience working with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational issues. I also specialize in athletic counseling where I focus on addressing performance anxiety, injury recovery, transitioning out of a sport, perfectionism, and burnout. I'm currently under supervision as I work towards obtaining full licensure in mental health counseling. Acknowledging that every person is different, I approach treatment through a variety of methods, individually tailored to fit each person’s specific strengths and needs. My goal is to provide you with the skills needed in order to achieve a more fulfilling life.
