Parental Family Therapy: I work with loving, dedicated parents who feel like they’ve run out of options. You’ve read the books, asked the teachers, tried the tips, and yet your child still seems anxious, explosive, withdrawn, or just plain unreachable. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an innate ability to understand kids, even when they can’t quite explain what they’re feeling. I’ve worked with children and teens in homes, schools, and therapy spaces. The biggest “aha” moments happen when I work with parents. Because the truth is: children are not a problem to be solved. It’s the system that needs support.
