I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a commitment to being in the growth process with my clients. If you are struggling with repetitive and distressing thoughts that often seem illogical, this might be OCD. I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with OCD issues and are seeking more peace within themselves. I also have personal, lived experience with recovering from the grips of OCD, and I am passionate about helping others. In addition to my OCD specialty, I have many years of experience as a generalist therapist and have worked many concerns such as family of origin issues and trauma.
