Hi! My name is Lucy, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) as well as being certified in perinatal mental health counseling (PMH-C). I am committed to supporting women of all ages through all of life's struggles, conflicts, or transitions, as well as the unique challenges of the perinatal period. When life events bring up emotions and reactions such as anxiety, sadness, anger, and trouble coping with trauma, I truly believe that these issues cannot be processed alone. As a therapist, I am able to deeply empathize with your experiences and demonstrate genuine care and compassion for your well-being. I am able to connect with clients on an emotional level that fosters trust and facilitates therapeutic progress.
