Hi! I'm Lucy and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) as well as a certified perinatal mental health counselor (PMH-C). I am passionate about supporting women of all ages through all of life's struggles, conflicts, or transitions as well as the unique challenges of the perinatal period. When life events or traumas bring up emotions and reactions such as anxiety, sadness, anger, shame, etc, I believe that these emotions cannot be processed alone. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and inclusive space where my clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and identities with compassion and understanding. As a therapist, I have the ability to deeply empathize with your experiences and demonstrate genuine care and compassion for your well-being. I am able to connect with clients on an emotional level that fosters trust and facilitates the therapeutic progress.
