Hi there, I'm Lucy! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who originally trained as a Trauma Informed Art Psychotherapist in New York. I have since become a certified trainer in the Attachment Regulation Competency (ARC) framework, trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Sensory Motor Affect Regulation Therapy (SMART). My therapeutic approach is holistic and guided by client-centered, humanistic principles. I believe everyone has an innate drive towards wellness and I partner with clients in their goals, using a psycho-dynamic, trauma-informed perspective.
