I work with individuals and couples hoping to develop a new perspective on their lives, or to take concrete steps to manage daily stressors, life transitions, and uncomfortable emotions. We will explore what's keeping you up at night or weighing you down by day. I provide a space where you can be vulnerable while sorting through issues from your past and present that are getting in your way.
