My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathic and holistic. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming care and holding space for the breadth of identities and narratives that impact our human existence. I invite those impacted by marginalized identities as well as folks working on relationships, self-esteem, sex and intimacy. I also provide gender spectrum care including low cost letter writing for affirming care.
