I primarily work with individuals and couples who have experienced sexual trauma. Some of my clients come to therapy to address symptoms that are getting in the way of joy and connection, such as numbness, fear, confusion, and anger. Others come with a desire to understand themselves or their partners better; to feel more firmly grounded and empowered in their sense of self. With authenticity, warmth, and steadfast non-judgment, I accompany my clients as they find the truth, make meaning of it, and begin the process of healing and change.
