I work with teens & adults struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship stress. I'm currently accepting new clients in-person & virtual, welcoming folks of all genders. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of negative self-talk, rigid expectations, or overwhelm around food, performance, or identity. As a former college athlete, I’m also familiar with the pressures that can come with high expectations and with how closely self-worth can become tied to performance. This is common for athletes and high-achieving students, particularly during transitions, injuries & burnout. We'll work together to better understand these patterns and build more flexible, supportive ways of responding — without losing the strengths that have you gotten you this far. I use evidence-based approaches and tailor sessions to each client, with an emphasis on creating an environment that feels grounded, respectful, and real.
