I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. I work with couples to help them improve communication, set and hold boundaries, and deepen trust and intimacy between them. Individual clients are just that: individual; together we focus on managing social anxiety, depression, addiction among other challenge. I specialize in assisting clients navigate major health issues - their own diagnosis or that of a partner or a loved one - adapting to their 'new normal', and managing stress and concerns about medical treatment and procedures.
