By exploring your difficulties and conflicts in the safety of my office, you will develop compassion toward yourself and others. While trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and dielectical behavior therapy, I also offer a deeper psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy in a safe and supportive environment.
