Evening times available & accepting new clients. I’m a licensed graduate professional counselor in DC. My approach is empathetic, comforting, and inquisitive. I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent young adults and LGBTQIA+ populations. I’m trained and experienced in helping folks with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, difficult family dynamics, perfectionism, burnout, and more. We’ll explore how the past informs current patterns and identify problem-solving skills to manage difficult situations and emotions, develop a greater confidence, increase safety and improve mood.
