Hello! I am a psychotherapist in Chicago, IL specializing in body image concerns, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. With lived eating disorder experience, I understand the impact of diet culture on our relationships with food and our own bodies and am passionate about dismantling the systems that uphold these insidious ideals. As an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent ally, I welcome folks of all backgrounds and identities into the therapeutic space. My clinical approach is defined by warmth, nonjudgement, and a touch of humor to create a safe space of growth and reflection for each and every one of my clients.
