Life can feel overwhelming when your mind won’t shut off and you’re running on empty. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to get back to feeling like yourself. Therapy doesn’t have to be another place where you perform or “have it together.” It can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and human. I work with individuals navigating life transitions at any stage, including perinatal and postpartum challenges, relationship or career changes, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
