Attending California Institute of Integral Studies shaped my holistic approach to therapy: body, heart, mind and spirit. I use a systems approach when working with clients to see and understand how all areas of one’s life might be impacting them today. I have worked with hundreds of men and women over the last 20 years as a successful corporate leader in Human Resources and Organizational Development. In this “first career” I worked to create powerful change for teams in both their personal and professional lives. View 4 Photos Now as a therapist, I believe my job is to facilitate healing. I do this by creating a therapeutic relationship with my clients for “soul witnessing” (as one of my favorite authors describes it). In my eyes, therapy is a journey to understand the moments in our lives that have led us to where we are today.
