As a counselor, at Enlightenment Mental Health Counseling, I have learned to work with people of all different walks of life. I have understood the importance of the helping profession and have equipped myself with skills to assist those I will work with in overcoming their concerns. Over the years, I realized the benefit of providing a space in which individuals can process their emotions and barriers to emotional wellness. My experience has allowed me to work on with individuals with a multi-facet area of struggles and distress which can include depression, anxiety, substance use, relational conflicts and trauma.
