I work with individuals who are doing their best to keep everything together while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and provide a safe, culturally sensitive space for healing. As a bilingual LCSW trained in EMDR, DBT, and CBT, I use evidence-based approaches to help individuals and families process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build lasting coping skills. Support is available—and meaningful change is possible.
