I help young men break free from shame, insecurity and trauma, so they can develop real confidence and emotional strength. As a BIPOC/Latino Licensed Psychotherapist I understand the struggles of life transitions/adjustments. I also work with trauma (EMDR trained), depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, men's issues, self-esteem, self confidence, among others.
