I am deeply committed to supporting individuals from all communities, with a special focus on People of Color, Latine, and other minority populations, in improving their mental health and overall well-being. I provide therapy services for adults, couples, and older adults, with the goal of creating a safe and supportive space—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—where clients can unpack their experiences and begin their healing journey.My approach is rooted in the Ecological Systems Model and People-in-Environment (PiE), applied through a trauma-informed lens.
