I have plenty of years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I would classify myself as an eclectic individual and approach situations from various lenses. I do however, specialize in trauma informed care. I am EMDR trained and believe in meeting people where they are, providing unconditional positive regard and finding congruence within each story. I have experience working with depression, addiction, anxiety, couples, family systems, children and much more.
