About
Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep at night? Do you dread going to bed because you worry you won’t be able to fall asleep? Does it seem like you’ve tried everything to improve your sleep with little or no success? Perhaps you are noticing that your sleep problems are starting to impact your mood, health, or your ability to function during the day. If you can relate to any of these situations, you are not alone! Though sleep issues are extremely common, they’re not something you need to continue to live with. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), I help clients overcome their issues with sleep. During treatment, we will work together to create a plan that will help you sleep better, eliminate sleep-related stress, and increase your overall quality of life.
